California Mutiple Service Award Service (CMAS)

The California Multiple Award Schedule is designed to give state of California and its local communities the opportunity to source established products and services at prices established by the Federal Government (GSA Contract). By contracting with these products and services and prices, CMAS contracts are utilized statewide by both California State and Local government agencies under delegated authority from the Department of General Services (DGS). State, Local Agencies and Municipalities are able to procure these products without bidding them to the public at the contracted prices from CMAS. The CMAS fee is only 2.2% of the building price up to $7,500 -per purchase.

California Funds can be used to buy CXT’s restrooms

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)

• Local Governments (Municipalities) have no order limits.
• You can use California RZH Funding for your purchase -2000 Prop 12 funds are due in July 2008, 2002 prop 40 funds are to be used by July 2011.
• You can use CDBG Grants up to $100,000, without any approval.

You can use your CDBG grant to purchase CXT Restrooms, Shower and Storage buildings from the CMAS contract. The Community Block Development Grant for your Community can be used up to $100,000K on the California Multiple Award Service!
