California Multiple Service Award Service (CMAS) The California Multiple Award Schedule is designed to give state of California and its local communities the opportunity to source established products andservices at prices established by the Federal Government (GSA Contract). By contracting with these products and services and prices, CMAS contracts are utilized statewide by both California State and Local government agencies under delegated authority from the Department of General Services (DGS). State, Local Agencies and Municipalities are able to procure these products without bidding them to the public at the contracted prices from CMAS. |
